Getting verified on Instagram

The moment is finally there! Before, Instagram users could only hope to get verified - with the coveted “blue tick” given arbitrarily based on various factors - but now you have the opportunity to apply for Instagram profile verification!

The process of getting verified is not open to everyone though; to request a verified badge, you must be a public figure, celebrity, or brand, and meet certain account and eligibility requirements – set by Instagram.

How to get verified on Instagram? 

Once you’re logged into your account, tap on the Settings option and then click on ‘Request Verification’. You will then be asked to enter your full name and identification.
