Quick Replies & Line Breaks on Instagram

Instagram Quick Replies

Managing all of your direct messages, comments, and replies on Instagram can be a very time consuming task. Luckily, Instagram responded to this with Quick Replies, which allow you to insert a pre-created answer with only one touch.

The steps..

1. Open your profile and tap the button with three lines in the top-right corner of the screen. 

2. Tap on 3 dots at the top right for Android and gear icon for iOS to go to Settings.

3. In Business Settings section, you will find Quick Replies. Tap on it.

4. Tap the “+” button in the top-right corner.

5. Here you can create both the keyboard shortcut for the quick reply, along with the quick reply itself.

6. Satisfied? Tap the Save button in the top-right corner. You can always edit or delete your quick reply later.

Now you can activate the quick replies by typing the keyboard shortcut you’ve given them. 

Instagram Line Breaks

No more improvising with symbols, dots or underscores to get a good-looking Instagram post. Here's a trick to insert line breaks and paragraph spacing on Instagram. 

1. Write your caption in your Notes app.

2. Make sure there are no spaces after the end of a line.

3. Hit the Return/Enter button to go to the next line

4. Copy and paste these brackets [⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀] in the places where the line breaks should appear

5. Remove the brackets but not the space between them.

6. Copy and paste your whole caption on Instagram.
