WhatsApp Business Gets New Web And Desktop Features

WhatsApp has announced that three popular features from the app will now also be made available on web and desktop.

In a recent announcement on its blog, WhatsApp mentioned the three popular features coming to web and desktop:

• Quick Replies: The feature allows businesses to answer common questions by pressing the “/” on their keyboard to select one from a list of quick replies and send it.

• Labels: This feature allows businesses to organise their contacts or chats with labels, so they can easily find them again in the future.

• Chat List Filtering: The feature allows businesses to easily manage their chats with filters that help them sort by unread messages, groups or broadcast lists.
